Welcome to my podcast. Today I’m just going to talk about all the dogs in my area. I know, there are a lot of dogs around here. But I actually think it’s kind of interesting when you start noticing them, because every dog has a completely different personality.
The first dog I’ll talk about is my new neighbor’s dog. It’s a small white dog named Sparkles. I’m not exactly super excited about small dogs. No offense to small dogs, I think they’re cute and all but they’re just not really my thing. I like bigger dogs better. In my opinion, bigger dogs just seem more impressive. I feel like they’re smarter, more responsive, more responsible, and just easier for me to connect with. That’s just my opinion, though.
There’s another dog I see whenever I walk to school, and I really like this one. It’s not some perfect dog or anything, but it’s just really nice. It has never barked at me once. Instead, it makes these funny little noises, almost like it’s moaning or talking. It’s really cute, and whenever I walk past, I usually stop and pet it. It always seems happy to see people. That’s probably why I like it so much.
There’s also a black dog in my area. It’s a nice dog too, although it barks a lot and sometimes chases you around. It doesn’t bite, but I can understand why some people might not love that. Not everybody wants a dog following them or running after them. But other than that, I think it’s a great dog. I like it.
Then there’s probably one of the cutest dogs in the whole neighborhood, a corgi. I mean, how can a corgi not be cute? This one barely barks, which is already a good thing, and when it comes toward you, it kind of waddles or hops along. It is honestly hilarious. In my opinion, it might be one of the cutest dogs that could physically exist. It just waddles toward you and does its little dog thing, and I love it.
There’s another dog I’ve seen that looks a little strange. I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite, but its tail is really interesting. The tail curls so tightly over its back that it almost looks like it’s pressed against its body. I don’t know what kind of dog it is, but I always notice it because of that tail.
Anyway, there are a lot of dogs in my area, and they’re all completely different. Some are tiny, some are big, some bark, some never bark, some chase you, and some just waddle over like a corgi. So think about the dogs in your own neighborhood. What are they like? Do you have one that you always notice when you walk past?
